COG IN THE FREAK PLAN / Teenstreet Theater Company / Chicago / USA

Two storylines unfold in this production: It tells the story of the homeless and pregnant girl Mary who wants to spare her baby a life in this world. On the other hand, the story of the girl Ava is told, who is looking for her mother Mary. The story is as unusual and surrealistic as the action on stage. A live DJ whips up an improvised re-mix game with what is said on stage, leading towards the Jazz-HipHop-Dance that meanders through the play. Experimental theater work, combining music, dance, and poetry. Director and choreographer: Ron Bieganski.
